Peter Hutchinson
Peter Hutchinson graduated from York (UK) University in 1972 with a degree in Economics and Social Statistics. In 1975 he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, becoming a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1982.
Peter worked extensively in the leisure industry in Portugal, Spain and the UK, expanding his interests into areas as far a field as India, Thailand and China.
Peter has served on various councils of Trade organisations within the leisure industry and also |
advised government ministers in various countries on the development of shared Ownership and related legislation.
Despite relinquishing his role as Managing Director of a major UK based trust company in 1999, Peter remains a Non Executive Chairman of various companies, a move that has enabled him to spend more time pursuing new opportunities such as Nest Hotels. |

Jelle Elkerbout
Jelle Elkerbout, graduated from the University of Groningen (The Netherlands) in 1985, soon after, he left Holland and became involved in the property and hospitality industry as director of operations recovery of First National Commercial Bank’s leisure department.
He moved on to become director of companies such as RMI Gibraltar, |
Club La Costa and other mayor leisure companies. His input in both operational matters and sales has been instrumental in the growth and success of these companies.
In 2000, Jelle founded Holiday Ventures, a company developing, marketing and exchanging leisure accommodation worldwide. |
